call my phone but with no sound- I called back - auto reply to redo webpage???

I have received several calls from this number also. It is the same as everyone else, no message and when I call back it says it is disconnected. What I want to know is if it is disconnected, WHY can they still use the line to call all of us over and over? There is definately something suspicious about it and everyone should use caution if you DO speak to someone.

Annoying, overpriced prescription place based in India. Obnoxious and continues to call 3 times a day.
